Network Redundancy
Our network and services are structured and implemented to enable high availability so that your
workplace and services are continuously operational at all hours of the day, every day of the week. In
order to achieve this we have implemented server and information redundancy and backups in the case
anything unexpected happens that is out of our control, such as storms caused power outages or
malfunction of equipment. This redundancy is also useful in situations such as upgrades to our system or
maintenance, you will still be able to operate unaffected and seamlessly.
Information Security
We promise to keep all of your business information safe and secure at all times. Our data centre sites
are secured with access card control and monitored by CCTV. Every entrance to the facility is logged by
time and camera image, so you don’t have to worry about people tampering with your service or business
information.

We play nice with others. If you have a network with another carrier and its in contract, we can connect
with them and make your IP Office Live solution work with the other supplier but with the benefits that we offer here at IP Office live. Doing so will cut costs in upgrading your software and hardware as you
